BU weeks are a lot of hockey, totaling 40 hours of hockey training for day campers, 55 hours for boarders. Our experts are at BU to ensure your player gets the summer hockey growth spurt. Whatever your child’s bar may be, we are here to help them attain their goals as always with unbiased sets of eyes. Today the BU team is one of the country’s elite figure skating teams.
On behalf of SUNY Broome and the Ice Center, we want to thank you for being a valued customer. We want you to Open skating is offered to full-time students, FitRec members and the general community during academic year semesters at the Walter Brown Arena, located in the Case Center at 285 Babcock Street. Adult and youth skates are available for rent, although you are welcome to bring your own skates as availability of skate rental cannot be guaranteed. The Boston University Figure Skating Club is a competitive, nationally ranked intercollegiate figure skating team composed of skaters of all levels, from Preliminary through Senior, and disciplines, including Freestyle and Ice Dance. The BUFSC competes in from two to three Eastern Section qualifying competitions and Intercollegiate Team Nationals. This class is structured toward competitive skaters and those currently on the Boston University figure skating team.

The Boston University Synchronized Skating Team (The Terrierettes) is for skaters who have passed their juvenile moves which is a requirement to compete in the collegiate division. A part of the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA), the team actively competes in the Collegiate Level. Coached by Andrea Mohns- Brillaud and Tessa Hedges.
